Nepali killed in Australia road accident


A Nepali girl has died and three others injured in a car accident at Mataranga in Darwin region of Australia .
The deceased has been identified as Aasha Gaha, 27, from Palpa district. The accident occurred when their over speeding car strike a bird and lost control. Gaha was pursuing her studies in Sydney and was traveling to Darwin seeking job opportunities.
The injured have been receiving treatment at Darwin Royal Hospital. One among the injured is said to be in critical condition. They have requested not to publish their names saying it would invite household and family reasons. All of the injured are from Palpa district.
Meanwhile, chief of sub-commission in the Nepalese embassy inAustralia , Lok Bahadur Thapa, has said that the embassy is trying to contact the families of the deceased and the injured.
